Backstory
This client did not have a digital marketing strategy. They were struggling to capture new leads and they were finding it difficult to communicate their message to their customers. Their website was dated, performed poorly on a mobile device and the last time it was updated was when it was built over 2 years ago. The social accounts were in a similar state. They had been set up by the original web design team, but the last post was over 1 year ago and the content of those posts was unengaging, to say the least.
We migrated this Restaurant onto our integrated web, email and social marketing platform.
We developed a brand identity that would be consistent across all their channels – website, social and email marketing and built them a new exciting and engaging web site that was customer journey driven, packed with lunchtime offers and midweek deals. To this day we continue to work closely with them if help them maintain a strong business.
